IP range of your servers
We have a paid licenses and would like to be able to test our site before go-live. Can you please supply a list of IP ranges that your service uses. We need to whitelist you on our firewalls but your FAQ/Help section don't supply this information.

Advice on rendering Fusion Charts
I tried your service this week and am very impressed with the initial results. However, some of the pages I am trying to render include FusionCharts, which have some javascript animation in them, and aren't rendering through pdfmyurl.com, despite my attempt to "delay" by 500ms using one of your switches.
The author of the charts I'm trying to PDF (FusionCharts) provides several unsecured demos online.

I've tried it on my Windows 7 PC and on my Nexus 7 tablet. Same result: the Wikipedia entry for "David" (as in "King David") consistently produces a "damaged" PDF that cannot be opened.
1 voteQuite weird, but it seems to work over here. Next weekend another upgrade will take place and this will look even better – stay tuned!

I can't get it do anything
1 votenot enough info to help. sometimes an error is caused because of server load issues, sometimes the issue has to do with the site, sometimes theres just too many pdf’s being made, sometimes the url does not work.
a url needs to be provided to investigate.

Username/password option to log in to target web site
We need to let our clients generate PDFs for online training content that requires a username and password. (Once they are logged in they have full access to the content.) Can a Pro feature be added to allow that?

Dont break up text option
Sometimes when i pdf a url text gets broken up when the next page begins, i wonder if there is a way you can prevent this so that the text begins on the next page so that its better readable.

html spreading over pages
my images often seperate over 2 pages of the url - I would like it so content did not spread out and images stayed whole on one page. Or the oppurtunity to have a page break in the pdf itself.

I need to add a page header to all the pages except the first page. I have it showing on all pages but was wondering if there is a way to hide it on the first page.

Display the URL as a footer on the pdf.
Saves having to go online to find it again! And that way we can make meaningful titles for the pdfs (e.g. the title of the article) when we save them without having to worry about preserving the url in the title for future reference.

Currently all PDFs are returning 0 Bytes - Is this a connectivity issue at your end?
