1. Give the option to disable my Personal settings

   I am using your service to create accurately printable custom graphics IE. Certificates with Dynamic Date, Name, Category. I've run into a problem now where the settings I've made in my bookmarklet are overriding those in the query string of the links I'm using.

   For example, I set the certificate to Portrait in the query string and I still get it in landscape UNLESS I also change my personal settings.

   I don't know how this is happening, I can only guess that my IP is flagged as a paying subscriber and makes my settings the default? I sent a request for tech assistance 2 weeks ago and haven't even had a confirmation reply to say the matter has been received.

   The real problem here, is that I can't test the settings that I'm putting in the Query string if other settings somewhere else are interfering and I have no option to disable any settings anywhere.

   I currently have 2 clients waiting on a solution to this problem and I'd like to get more clients to use (PAY FOR) this service for things like online dynamic gift certificates and more, but I'm stuck.

   You can disable personal settings by getting rid of any cookies and staying logged out.

   It will be good to support text rotation like css allows:
   filter: progid:DXImageTransform.Microsoft.BasicImage(rotation=3);
   or
   -moz-transform: rotate(-90deg);

10. provide support - I don't see any...

    Am I missing it? I can't find any support button - I'm using the API version of pdfmyurl by posting to it using PHP. Everything works fine but every once in a while I see a HTTPRequest Failed! error. I'm trying to debug - there is nothing out there...

    Currently live already, but improved functionality iwill go live as part of the new site on 8th of feb

13. Make it so table of contents is in Metadata, not on Page

    When I export an HTML document as a PDF in Google Docs, the table of contents is on the sidebar (external to the document, maybe in the metadata?). But the TOC in PDFmyURL is a page. It's more professional as a sidebar.

    The feature you are requesting is called an outline.

    Use the —outline switch to put an outline into the document. With the next release, the outline will be enabled by default.
