Make a Chrome Extension of PDFmyURL. One Click PDF'ing of the webpage you're on. Improved productivity and cuts out an extra step.
3 votesHave a look at the bookmarklet on the home page at pdfmyurl.com.
Drag the “pdfmyurl” bookmarklet to your bookmarks bar, and then surf with chrome to a site. One click on the bookmarklet, and the page your on downloads as a pdf. This also works for other popular browsers. Let us know if this is what your looking for. -
kerning changed?
something changed?
since a few days, the kerning is totally weird. most letters have much (or at least more) space between them, which results in rather ugly outputs. very wide words.3 votes -
It's spot-on - keep it simple!
Its just: a full website image -> pdf ; thats it, and it works like a charm. no need for complexity. if you want to do so, put it behind the frontpage to some "advanced" area.

make web fonts work
It would be nice if the PDF could save web fonts properly
3 votesHi,
Thanks for the feedback.
To trouble shoot we need example links. We are only aware of what has already been mentioned in other threads.
Could you give an example of a page (url) that does not work with web fonts?

Paid license but no way to send "remove logo" parameter in link.
When you pay for a license there should be a way of sending a parameter with the link to remove the logo.
i.e
<a href="http://pdfmyurl.com?url=www.mysite.co.uk/mypage.html&-O=Portrait&removelogo=true">this page as a pdf</a>
3 votesThe personal license allows you to choose to use a logo or not. This works for any page you choose to pdf.
The domain license allows you to manage settings for the logo for an entire domain, easy if you manage a site that you want to suppy pdf’ng solutions for.
It sounds like you want a domain license, click on the domain license link to email us a request.
Hope this helps, if not don’t hesitate to post a follow-up.

Allow me to specify site in the url, such as "http://pdfmyurl.com&site=cnn.com" --bookmarkable!
For sites I regularly want to visit in .pdf form, it would be great if I could specify the site in the url. For example, http://pdfmyurl.com&site=cnn.com would take me to the pdfurl.com page and immediately perform the conversion on cnn.com.
3 votesThe syntax for what your looking for is:
http://pdfmyurl.com?url=cnn.comTake a look at the advanced options by clicking on the advanced link on the home page.
You might also want to drag the bookmarklet to your bookmarks bar, or in internet explorer you need to right click and add to your favorites.
The bookmarklet is basically a script that does the above with one click.

Find some way for the converter to search through navigation elements and pdf all content
My site (www.bodgedtogether.com) is an example of the sort of site I would be talking about here. There are a number of navigation elements which organize the data fairly well, but make it difficult to make use of pdfmyurl.com. If there is any way for your program to look in the source code so it can see all of the layers of these common adobe scripts (for example).

Multiple @font-face support. (Passing normal font-weight: normal + font-weight: bold)
If I have both @font-face's, only the first seems to be used. CSS:
@font-face {
font-family: [font];
font-weight: normal;
src: url('/app/font/[font].otf');
}@font-face {
font-family: [font];
font-weight: bold;
src: url('/app/font/[font]-bold.otf');

Make custom footer available even with logo printed
In the PDF-editions with PDFMYURL-logo printed in the footer right, it is not possible to set the left and center footer position. So you can only set up the pagination in the header. Is it possible to make this option work in the footer, left or center (so leaving the logo on the right)?

--user-style-sheet
The --user-style-sheet tag doesn't seem to be working, even when escaping the url. This isn't a real stylesheet, but for example, [...]&--user-style-sheet=http%3a%2f%2fexample.com%2fstyles%2fstyle.css&[...] does not work, even if http://example.com/styles/style.css is a functional stylesheet
I was hoping to use this as a temporary workaround for the letter-spacing property not working with negative values (e.g. letter-spacing:-3px).
