Be Able to Change/Modify/Over Write Links in PDF
I would like to download a website and change the links inside the document. I thought this was already in there as that is why I purchased it.

Pdf my url does NOT allow you to modify links in a pdf, it allows you to pdf a url/ site. Take a look at pdf editors:
