Make custom footer available even with logo printed
In the PDF-editions with PDFMYURL-logo printed in the footer right, it is not possible to set the left and center footer position. So you can only set up the pagination in the header. Is it possible to make this option work in the footer, left or center (so leaving the logo on the right)?

we have added the custom footer option for private servers, just contact us if you want to test a private server.
