  2. Access WSJ pages w/ cookies(wget)

    Hi,

    I have paid WSJ, and want to download the html as pdf.

    e.g.
    https://cn.wsj.com/articles/CT-TEC-20180507085527

    How could I apply the cookies.txt (which applies to wget), to download the webpage from PDFmyURL?

  3. Remove popups

    Many websites have popups.
    When using the api or other coded method of conversion, the popups prevent successful conversion.
    I would be keen to know if this can be resolved and would be grateful for development work to facilitate this.

  4. look at halftoning: type is too light, backgrounds much too dark

    I prefer to read documentation in printed form in part because of limited space on my monitor. But not many docs these days are provided in anything but html. So your service is potentially a good way to get a printable copy without my first passing the web pages through page-makeup software and doing the required handwork.

    But the current version of your software is specifying halftones to the printer in a funny way that makes text almost unreadably light and background tints unreadably dark. The converted file looks okay in the pdf reader, but when printed it's quite a…

  6. page_format isn't working for me.

    Your page "Put a 'Save as PDF' link on your website" has a link to download the page as A4. That doesn't happen when I click on it. Instead I get something that's about the size of my browser window (I'm guessing).

    I think this is broken.

  8. create a plugin for Evernote on Android

    I installed the "web2pdf" android app on my tablet and it almost works: when I am in one of my Evernote notes, click "share", and select "web2pdf" the app takes me through the dialogues to create a PDF file, creates a file, and downloads it to my tablet. However when I try to read the file, I get an error message saying the PDF file is corrupt. It doesn't matter which reader I use, or which Evernote note. I am using a Nexus 7 running android 4.4

    Since I don't see any documentation saying pdfmyurl is supposed to work with…

  11. Background repeat

    I've a problem with an PDF output on my site. Example: http://pdfmyurl.com/?url=www.yomifrog.de/xgm/de/Extended_Game_Mechanics_-_Kapitel_2.php

    The background is white. Is there a problem with the PDF export? The original site with a normal browser has still a background-repeat. Or should I use a another css background for the pdf export?

  18. Would really love a PLUGIN for WordPress

    Would really love a PLUGIN for WordPress with (1) options for different styles of PDF button (2) admin & visitor options to allow PDF of: (a) only a post, (b) only a page, or (c) a post or a page inside the entire Wordpress framework, including sidebars. I'm setting up a small online library of documents from Canada's constitutional histoy, and would like my visitors to be able to PDF them. Thanks!
